New Memebership Registration Form

Arbor Day: Assist in planning an activity/project for this day (usually in the spring)

Awards & Grants: Assist in gathering information on each competition category for awards and/or grants and gathering the supporting documentation as well as meeting deadlines for those entries/grants.

Bylaws & Policy: When needed and called upon, assist in review and/or revising the club's bylaws/policies.

Holiday Market: Multiple committees to help with when planning gets underway. Annette Ellard - Chair

Flower Show: Sponsored by the Greater Charleston Garden Club Council each year - either enter into or volunteer for the event

Horticulture/Design: Assist in the judging of entries at each month's club meetings and help develop a design theme for each month (to be published in the yearbook - due to 2nd VP by July 15).

Hostess: Assist in providing luncheon food items at ONE of our monthly meetings along with several other members

Publicity: Assist in any publicity needed on behalf of the club to include social media, webpage or flyers.

Membership: Assist the 2nd VP with keeping an accurate and up-to-date list of membership and WELCOMING new members to the club.

Programs: Assist the 1st VP in coordinating the monthly programs (speakers) for meetings – this needs to be done by mid-July the previous year so it can be printed in the yearbook.

Special Events: Assist in the event that the club decides to sponsor a special event during the year i.e. reception, fundraising event, etc.

Sunshine: Assist in making sure each member receives a birthday card. sympathy card, or thank you card when appropriate.
